How do the multi-packs work?

Most products come as a single unit or in packs of two, three, four, or more. The per-unit price drops as the pack gets bigger, and the price you see on each option is the total for that pack — not the price per item. Pick the pack, add it to your cart, and that's the whole order.

Will I be signed up for a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. Every order on Lumee is a one-time purchase — there's nothing recurring to cancel and no card on file getting charged again next month. If we ever add an optional subscription, it will be a choice you make on the product page rather than something applied to your order by default.

Question 3

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?

Accepted Answer

Email us as soon as you can and we'll try. We often ship the same day, so we can't promise we'll catch it in time — but if the order has already gone out you can still send it back for a refund once it arrives.

Do you take discount codes?

Yes. There's a promo code field at checkout. Codes apply to the product total; they don't stack with each other.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them.

How much is shipping?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no threshold to hit.

How long will my order take?

Orders generally leave our warehouse within one business day, and most arrive within three to eight business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Where do you ship?

Addresses in the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally yet.

My tracking hasn't moved in a few days. Is something wrong?

Usually not — carriers sometimes go quiet for a day or two between scans, especially over a weekend. If it hasn't updated in five business days, email us and we'll chase it or send a replacement.

Question 10

My package says delivered but I don't have it.

Accepted Answer

Check with anyone else at the address and look around the porch and mailbox first; carriers occasionally scan a package as delivered a few hours early. If it still hasn't turned up the next day, email us and we'll sort it out.

What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Thirty days from the day you ordered. If it's not what you hoped for — for any reason, including that you simply didn't like it — email us and we'll set up the return. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Question 12

Do I have to pay to send it back?

Accepted Answer

No. Returns are free. Email us and we'll send you a prepaid label; write your order number on the package so our receiving team can match it up.

Question 13

It arrived broken or the wrong item came.

Accepted Answer

Email us a photo and your order number and we'll ship a replacement right away. You don't need to send the broken one back first.

How long does a refund take to show up?

We process the refund within a few business days of the return arriving. After that it's up to your bank — most cards post it within a week, though some take up to a full statement cycle.

Where do these products come from?

Most are made by other companies and we sell them under their own names; a few carry ours. Either way you're buying from Lumee, so the shipping, the 30-day returns and the support are ours to honor — not the manufacturer's to argue about.

Is there a warranty?

Beyond the 30-day return window, anything that arrives defective or fails from normal use in the first 30 days gets replaced or refunded. Some manufacturers offer a longer warranty of their own; where they do, it's noted on the product page.

Do the rechargeable items come with a charger?

They come with a USB-C or micro-USB cable, but not a wall plug — almost everyone already has more of those than they need, and leaving it out keeps the price down. Any phone charger will work.

A specification on the page doesn't match what I received.

Accepted Answer

Tell us. We write our own product pages from the manufacturer's specifications, and if we've got something wrong we want to fix the page — and make it right for you. If what arrived doesn't match what the page promised, that's a return we'll cover regardless of the 30 days.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to look up past orders and tracking.

How do I get hold of a person?

Do you send text messages?

No. We don't run an SMS program at all — order updates and anything else we need to tell you come by email.
